  1. What is the model number? What will your complete system specs be for the upgraded rig? Chieftec is not known for quality PSUs...especially their PSUs that are bundled with cases.
  2. Nvidia recommends using at least a 450W PSU with the GTX460. Knowing that Chieftec rates their PSUs at peak and not at steady load, I would recommend upgrading it to a Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, Antec, or PCP&C of at least 450 watts, more if you plan to overclock, or go SLI in the future
  3. My complete specs
    CPU: Core i5
    GPU: GTX460
    Motherboard:GIGABYTE GA-P67-DS3
    RAM:GEIL 8GB (2x4GB) 2133MHz DDR3 EVO Corsa
    Power Supply: Chieftec a120 chp500a 500w
    Case:COOLER MASTER Storm Enforcer
and for HDD i dont have any idea...
  4. So you're using the Chieftec 500W PSU to run the GTX 460 now?
What CPU/MB are you currently using?
  5. Yup. My current is amd x2 750... Its so old... And gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3...
  6. Usually the X2s are 5xx series CPU. 7xx series CPUs are X3s.
  7. I found SEASONIC SS-620GB 620W. It has nice price too 85 euros. Is it any good my future pc?
  8. My bad its AMD Athlon X2 7750 BE.
  9. That is really an excellent PSU.
    SeaSonic S12II 620W.
  10. AMD Athlon X2 7750 Black Edition

Right - I though you were talking about a Phenom II X2 CPU.
  11. Great. Got some advice for HDD? My PC is for gaming...
  12. Any of the SATA II 7200rpm HDDs will be OK. 320GB/500GB are the most common options.
  13. An SSD is a great thing to have as a boot drive and programs that you want to run/load fast. Use the HDD for storage.
  14. Thanks guys for your advices! :D
