How can i control the MoBo fans ?

Hi, i just built a new PC, and i would like to know how i can control the fans (plugged in the MoBo)

p8z68-v gen 3 - is my MoBo

You can get a zalman single fanmate rpm adjuster for around $7. Newegg also carries a scythe fan controller panel for around $20 (link broken)

Is it possible to ajust the fan speeds directly from the bios ?

my bios has a place for it, its only the cpu fan though, although i could never get it to recognise the new fan i installed..

i use a program called speedfan, it works good, a but tedious, but still works..

or you could get a manual fan controller, for bling factor.. ^
