Hi all...I'm somehow tight on the budget, and need to choose a motherboard...i think these are good ones:
ASRock Z68 PRO3 GEN3-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157279
MSI Z68A-G43 (G3)-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130621
ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157271

i know that Extreme3 is definitely better than PRO3,but it's heavy too and in shipping,it matters a lot,so i want to be sure that it's that much better than pro3
And we've got an MSI board, but i'm not sure what it has,but quite all the features i want
PS:I'm not planning a SLI for near future if you ask and goin' to use 2500K
Thanks all :)

What features are you looking for exactly ? If you arent plannin on doing SLI, you could also look at micro atx boards, they are generally quite a bit cheaper.

All of the ones you listed have multiple pcie slots, how about http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157279, only one pcie slot, and the same features as the majority of z68 boards, and is cheaper.

That is the first board that he listed.

I would go with the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 since it does have the two Pci-e slots and you just never know what may come about for upgrades or who knows you may end up wanting to do SLI , so it would be good to at least leave yourself the option. With Newegg they post what the shipping is and this board is $2 more for shipping , I can't see that being a deal breaker. The cost of the board could be since the Pro3 Gen3 is $24 cheaper after rebate and $2 less in shipping. It only has one pci-e slot though.

I'm sure will not go for SLI...if i will upgrade later,i can buy some GPU with PCIe 3.0 in the future
I'm not living in the US,so the difference for me(for international shipping) is at least 30-40$

Which Gigabyte boards can you suggest?i need PCIe 3.0,Z68 or P67 chipset and if possible USB 3.0

GIGABYTE GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
$124.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128495

ASRock Z68M/USB3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
$84.88
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157270

ASUS P8Z68-V LX LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
$119.99 and a $10 rebate makes it $109.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131781

The Gigabyte board is the cheapest one on the site and the others are also cheaper. They all have one x16 slot since you are not going with SLI. Since you don't live in the U.S. maybe you can try Amazon because they seem to have delivery setups worldwide and you may get better shipping rates.

Thanks for helping...but PCIe 3.0 is a must have for me because of upgradability and none of these supports it :(
I'll buy from newegg, and my relative living in US will send these to me,Amazon is X-pensive too when it comes to worldwide shipping :/

You will be paying more for the 3.0 pci-e.

ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
$184.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131806

ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
$121.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157271

MSI Z68A-G43 (G3) LGA 1155 Intel Z68 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
$117.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130621

MSI Z68A-GD55 (G3) LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
$169.99 and a $30 rebate makes it $139.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130622

These all have the 3.0 pci-e slot and the MAI Z68A-GD55 is a very good board and currently has a $30 rebate so that allows you to pick up a good board for less money.

imo that board is pretty weak

I would go with either http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131781
or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128502

here's a quote from HardOCP article:
"The board was "OK" but nothing close to special and honestly we did not expect much for $100. For the [H] crowd it is hard to suggest something like this ASRock product when you can buy a quality ASUS or MSI motherboard that is much more well appointed for around the same cost. The ASRock Z68 Pro3 is just "OK." "

Not sure which case you're using, but this board doesn't have an onboard usb 3.0 header.
