USB 3.0 B Male to Motherboard Header

So I'm looking for a cable that is USB 3.0 B Male on one end and a USB 3.0 Motherboard Header on the other. The Interal Card Reader I'm looking at gives me a Motherboard Header to USB 3.0 A Female adapter and a USB 3.0 chord. I would like to simplify this if possible. Anyone seen one of these cables floating around?

Thats the solution I have now, only i have a USB A female to 19 pin adapter + normal USB cable, I was hoping to do this cleanly with just 1 cable...
