Need a cpu

please tell me a best processor under 5000 rupees or 95$ , dont tell any amd x3 or x4 because they are not available on market thats y i am askin question here , shopkeepers are saying that all amd x3 and x4 have been stopped . please help me guys i am getting mad also tell me any motherboard with that processor , thanx in advance , ( sorry for bad english ) help me

Intel G860 is probably the best in that price range.
