Coolmaster Hyper101a VS Phenom II stock cooler

I'm planning to get a phenom II x4 945. But I don't like the AMD stock cooler. Which one is better for the cooling?

the Hyper 212 or a low cost cooler will be fine unless you plan to overclock.
