This psu is good for an gtx 580/hd 6970

Hello everybody,i have readed a lot of threads about this but im still confused, i have a thermaltake toughpower xt 575w 48a on 12v,this psu is good enough for an gtx 580 or an hd 6970 i also have a i5 750 oced 3.6, 4GB DDR3, 1TB hdd. This is my first post and thank for the help and sorry for my bad english .

The recommended PSU for the GTX 580 is 600W. You are very close, but also overclocking. I think you'd be alright with the HD 6970 but if it were me I'd want about 750W to feel comfortable with a GTX 580 and overclocking and expansion and whatnot.
