Need Advice on this new build

Hello, I am going to be building a gaming rig designed for Shogun 2 on ultra and some other games like company of heroes.

Any advice on what am using in my build and if i should change it would be much appreciated.
My Budget is £800 which is $1200 I believe in American dollars.

I am unsure about this Gpu or what is better but I have heard that Shogun 2 takes alot of Gpu Gb so any advice on that and weather i need 2 or 1 gb and what card would be much appreciated

I would be very happy if you could give me a heads up on what I should change or keep. This is going to be a first time build alone for me but I have built a couple of computers before whilst working with a friend.

Your built is good.
My comments:
1. Get a better PSU...well...Rosewill is not on my shopping list...try Tagan, Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, Silverstone or Enermax
2. I do not really see that is really necessary to get extra sound card...but it is your choice...
3. I do not have much experience with Sandisk SSDs, I prefer to have SSD from Intel, Crucial or Samsung
4. Care to consider better proc fan? Noctua NH-D14 perhaps?
5. BR-Writer is also worth considering instead only a DVD-Writer
