What's best for me?

I'm looking for a better graphics card for my computer that can handle games such as BF3, MW3 etc.. and is compatible with my computer.. help please!

Ive currently got a GeForce 9500GT

For a newer high end card you must have 500W.

I'd suggest the new 560/570 hybrid ..... needs 500w but I can't see bothering to open ya case for anything less than a 650 watter

Would a GeForce 250 work? I'm not a fan of computer upgrades etc.. what is psu and how would i check?

It's the power supply unit. The block you plug the power in. Just open the side of your PC and check the label, it should say the wattage. Also take note of the brand as well.

For the GeForce 250, it should work for MW3, however, it will be struggling with BF3. I'd suggest GTX 460 at that resolution.

I have a 280W. I just have to buy a 500W+ and thats all to put a GeForce 250 etc in?

Try to find a good priced Corsair, Antec, XFX, Seasonic.
Where do you buy from anyway ?

I haven't bought no upgrades for anything since GeForce 9500GT came out..

Still runs MW3 at 90 fps 1280x1024 xD
Battlefield 3 horrible
