Solution
Go with the H61 motherboard if you don't want to upgrade to the i5 2500k or i7 2600k in the future, otherwise, go with the ASRock Extreme 3 Z68. The Extreme 3 is very upgradeable, with PCIe 3.0 (2) slots, which will allow you to upgrade to the Radeon 7000 series gfx card. If you want to go with the 448 Core, you can go with the Galaxy 448, which is $20 cheaper:

You can also go with the Rosewill challenger case:

or the NZXT Gamma:

Are you planing on SLI later on because if you are you might want to get a bigger power dupply. If not I would still go with a little bit bigger anyway because the minimum psu requirement for that card is 500w so you would be right at the minimum and you should have a little room to spare. Your build looks good and if you want to get better performance from the Pc then you could consider adding a SSD for the OS drive.

Corsair Force Series GT CSSD-F90GBGT-BK 2.5" 90GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
$149.99 and a $30 rebate makes the final price $119.99

The 90gb size lets you have the OS , your current game and some important apps that you use a lot.
