There's no need for an aftermarket heatsink, especially with a non-black edition processor. I'm leery of any case with a built-in power supply -- you can get something like an NZXT Gamma for $40 and the Corsair CX-430 for $35. Beyond that your parts look fine -- it's a pretty impressive build for $800 considering that you are buying literally everything.
