Computer component compatibility

I am building a PC for gaming, live streaming, and lots of multi-tasking. I was wondering if someone could tell me if these computer components are all compatible with each other. Any recommendations for different parts are welcome. I plan to buy these components from Newegg.

Yes they all work! However, I would drop down to a corsair tx650w and use the saved money towards a gtx 560ti! Don't forget windows!!!

Thanks so much for the response. I will definitely consider changing power supplies. Also, i already have Windows 7 but thanks for the reminder!

You should also add the cooler master hyper 212+ as a heatsink, so you can overclock later on

If i change out the i5 processor for an i3 2120, will there be a big difference in performance? Also, will it be able to handle multi-tasking?
