Hi right now i plan on getting all these stuff by jan 30, got huge budget right now so price doesn't really matter.

site preference: newegg/tigerdirect (some parts are not listed there but i'll get it somewhere else if you guys can recommend any, specially those site that delivers to the US/global

Processor:
-i7 3930K = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Mother Board:
-MSi X79A-GD65 (8D) FRIO = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
(i know im going to replace the fans, with a noctua NH-D14 just that to where im buying them, they only have that FRIO one)

CPU Cooler:
-Noctua NH-D14 = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Video Card:
MSi GTX560Ti SLI = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
MSi GTX580 Lightning Xtreme Edition 3gb SLI = didn't see this at tigerdirect/newegg

RAM:
-Dual Channel:
*G.SKILL 8GB (2x4) 1600Mhz = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
*Corsair 8Gb (2x4) 1600Mhz = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

-Quad Channel:
*G.SKILL 16GB (4x4) 1600Mhz = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
*Corsair 16GB (4x4) 1600Mhz = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

PSU:
-Corsair AX850W = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
-Corsair AX1200W = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I already have monitor,OS,ODD,HDD,SSD,Mouse,Keyboard, Thermaltake Level 10 GT Chassis although i plan on getting the cosmos II oh and yes i also think of getting those 32gb (4x8) dual kit rams or the quad version of them, so i just wanted to know if there won't be any problem with those mix and match.

ok questions.

1- i know using 560ti sli 850W is more than enough but if i were to use gtx580 3gb in sli will my 850w be good enough? and of course i plan to 3-way sli, so should i go with 1200w?
2-about those G.SKILL rams, i think they are good since i already know they fit with my noctua nh-d14 cooler but can i use dual channel ram on my quad channel mobo? and yes i plan to occupy all 8 DIMMS on my mobo so is it wise to use 8 identical rams (that they say are dual channel) or should i stick with those quad channel setup, been looking around about those people saying there are no quad channels and stuff, and like it doesn't matter so long as the ram is the same in every aspect,
3-about those corsair ram, will they mix well? with either x4 dual channel kit for a total of 32gb or a x2 quad channel kit? like what i wrote above, or are there any other blue corsair rams that looks nice with my mobo and works with my noctua nh-d14
4- if i were to go 3-way SLI of MSi GTX 580 Lightning Xtreme Edition 3GB would i need more than 1 PSU? like AX1200W + AX750 or something?

what do i do with this setup?
1- workstation and gaming together at the same time, so while playing on window mode on my middle monitor, i do cad on the left and music on the right and many other stuff, so 32gb would suffice as well as self satisfaction.
2- yes i will use 3 monitor setup.
3- for bragging rights to my neighbors and friends around.
4- well self satisfaction and peace of mind.

i would be happy if you guys can help me out.
and yes i know it's overkill but i'm willing to pay for it, as you can see i already have a gaming rig on my sig but i still want to get this kind of rig set up by jan 30(going to be ordering on that date) so hopefully by 1st week or 2nd week of feb all my orders will be at my house

It is a good idea to get a 1200W PSU as you have plans for 2x or 3x SLI. It will gives you some more room for OC, if you need. Forget about 2 PSU setup.

You should not mix different memories ram. The CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB you listed is a good choice http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

You mobo (MSi X79A-GD65 8D) is compatible with the cpu cooler (Noctua NH-D14), but you may need to use the NM-I2011 kit to mounting it http://noctua.at/main.php?show=productview&products_id=...

I would advise getting EVGA's reference GTX 580's. It's rumored the kepler is going to come out in Feb now, so the step up program is gonna be gold.

The mounting kit is for your motherboard, not for the ram. You should have not problem with the ram.

i think you are rich pal :)  .i would suggest going with Asus board(MSi is great).you need a LGA2011 mounting kit for that noctua fan to fit.Phantek has introduced some really good heatsinks for LGA2011 socket and they provide great cooling.google it for info(i am lazy).any good corsair or any other good quad channel will do just fine.16GB is more than enough but 32GB is dream!i have that extreme edition gtx 580.it's great but expensive and hd7970 beats it easily.XFX radeon hd 7970 is a really good card ATM.it provides 30-40% better performance than gtx 580 in almost every case.a crossfire setup will do good with your triple monitor setup.a high quality 850w will do fine with your setup.a 1000w is recommended by me for your budget.
