If you are able to reword your question im sure somebody will be able to help you. What are you trying to do exactly?
What are the computs specs
What are the neworks specs
etc etc etc...

Youe need to either upgrade all the NIC's in your computers along with any switches or routers - preferably with all gigabit equipment, or find some software that can compress the data stream on the fly.
