Hello,
I'm upgrading my PC which is :
Intel Celeron 3Ghz
2GB DDR2
geforce 7050/nforce 610i integrated graphics 512mb

TO:
Intel Pentium Dual core 3Ghz
3GB DDR2(I'm running windows XP 32bit so I don't need 4GB)
Sapphire AMD Radeon 6670 1GB GDDR5

I know its not a high end PC but I want a low-budget PC that can run(just RUN with a good fps) any game released so far because by summer,I'm getting an alienware laptop.
How well would it would it perform in Battlefield3/Skyrim(those are from the heaviest games in market) ? It doesn't have to be on ultra settings...I'm OK with medium~high settings. And if it won't perform well, what do you think I should change ?

Get a desktop you don't get a laptop for gaming because of performance, I wouldn't buy an alien ware laptop they're charging you a lot more then what it should be IMO. They probably mark it up like $800+  -- you should buy the parts and get your local PC to save you tons of cash. :)

Well,I'll need a laptop for my studying...Maybe I can increase the budget of the PC and decrease the budget of the laptop,I think I can get something like :
AMD Phenom II X4 955BE
4GB DDR3
AMD Radeon 6850 1GB DDR5
But of course,I'll have to change my motherboard...I don't think it will cost much tho.

Edit:o r maybe I can stick to what I 1st posted and get this laptop instead of the Alienware:
Dell Inspiron n5110

Intel® Core™ i7-2630QM Processor (6M Cache, 2.00 GHz)
4GB DDR3 RAM 1066MHz
640GB HDD 5400 rpm
DVDRW DL drive
15.6"High Definition (720p) WLED Display with TrueLifeTM (1366 x 768)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 525M GMA with 1GB dedicated VRAM
WiFi - Bluetooth - USB - Ethernet 10/100
HDMI
Memory card reader
Touchpad
6-Cell Lithium-Ion battery
Windows 7 32-Bit

What should I go for ?

if budgets a concern, you can stick the 955 into an am2+ or am3 mobo,
but the rest of your proposed (amended) build looks good
Decent psu of course....
