You can have 16 end devices: ie computers, printers etc....
You can daisy chain more switches off of that switch if need be for more ports.

Well technically 15, as you need to connect the switch to the router, using one of the ports.

True, unless its a stand alone, non-internet network. But yes, you are also correct Pyroflea.

Ahh, didn't think of that. I guess if it were just 100% LAN (LAN party?) then you could have 16.
