You can build a great system around your 2 gtx 580s for probably around a grand, so save half of it for you next upgrade, or buy a second monitor something like that. Any way... here goes..

I5 2500k and Gskills 2x4gb Ram combo 264.98

Crucial M4 128g SSD 181.99

Asus Maximus IV Gene z/Gen3 Mobo 179.99

Antec 1100 case 119.99

Seagate Barracuda 500g 7200 rpm 6g/s 84.99

Antec High Current Gamer Series 900w 129.99

Hyper 212 Evo Cpu Cooler 44.99

Windows 7 Home Premium 109.99(you can save some money here by using the upgrade version if you have windows xp you can toss on the new machine just to uninstall it with windows 7)

Total Price: 934.93

I chose a case basically in the middle of the mid size towers price wise, and the 1100 is very nice. You can replace this with whatever you choose.

You can go for a bigger data drive when the prices come back down, the prices right now are stupid high.

The PSU is built by Delta, which is one of the best PSU manufactures around, and should give you enough head room to overclock if you need.

If you don't plan on overclocking your processor, you could stick with the stock cooler on the cpu, save some money there.

Edit: I forgot the dvd drive, they go for about 20 bucks on newegg. Asus is the brand to go with there.

It would really be overkill for any game, I would really spend the money on more monitors/sound system or something of that nature. You won't see a performance increase in a game with using the 3930 over a 2500k

Well I like to do things like play crysis 2 hd textures on maximum settings and I also play a lot of WoW...my current system has an i7 920@ 3.75 ghz...even with 2x 580's i still get a pretty big performance hit in more populated areas which I can only attribute to my cpu ..which is why i'm looking for top of the line..also i'm already using the Dell u2410 and have a asus xonar essence stx sound card ready to go
