Need help and advice on upgrading Graphics Card

Hi im looking to upgrade my graphics card in order to be able to play skyrim and most of the upcoming games

my current specs are
Motherboard: ASUS M4N68T-M V2 - motherboard - micro ATX - Socket AM3 - GeForce 7025 - Socket AM3
CPU: AMD Phenom x4 955 Processor 3.2 Ghz
RAM: 4 Gigs
Graphics Card: ATI RADEON 5450 HD
HDD: 1 Terabyte

ive opened up my side panel but it doesnt have a sticker or anything to give me that information. is there anything i can do on the computer to find out about my psu?

If you have a decent psu then 6870 or nvidia 560 is the best you can buy.

There is a sticker on your PSU, it just may be mounted where you can't see it. You could remove the screws which attach the PSU and probably wriggle it around enough to see the sticker without removing any of the PSU plugs to the MoBo. etc. Just make sure to unplug the wall cord first.
