Budget Gaming Build (my first build ever)

Am currently putting together a gaming rig here are the parts:

Can you please rate it 1-10 (1 being bad and 10 being best) in how good this build is for the amount of money spent on it and any suggestions of how I can better it while staying at a sub 800 usd level?

Note: Will spend 60% gaming, 20% surfing web and watching, editing, and uploading to youtube, and 20% for other (such as school)

Note 2: Peripherals are not included and if you can help me make my build cheaper without sacrificing anything too important please do not hesitate in saying how to do so and thanks!

For gaming, go with a phenom 2 4 core, something like 970 black edition would be better. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103893 .
This processor is also 60 bucks less, which would give you the room to upgrade to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130739, which is basically a gtx 570 with some cores locked.

Hey, if you already brought the parts why would you ask for a rating? dont get the evga 560ti with the 448 cores just get a 570, it will be better. Also a tip when build...
DONT FORCE ANYTHING! trust me i built my pc yesterday and almost broke my gtx580...

Thanks by the way havent bought anything yet and I am thinking of whether to stick with amd or to go with intel possibly i3 2100 what do you guys think?
