Second GTX 560 ti not detected

I have two EVGA GTX 560 ti's in an sli setup, both are RMA cards. One of them works fine. The second one will not show up in device manager or in the nvidia control panel. I have tried switching positions of the cards but that doesn't work either. The fans are spinning on second card as well. I have tried re installing the drivers with no luck. Both of the 560s work in a separate build which has me really confused why it won't show up in this one.

Specs are:
intel i5 2500k
corsair 750w
8gb ram
asrock p67 extreme4
2x gtx 560 ti

Please help, really at my wits end with this one.

Got them in the right 2 slots? SLI bridge in place? Make sure the slots are enabled in the BIOS? (there is an option in some BIOS's to turn off unused slots by auto or manual, make sure its set to auto) All power connections plugged in to the correct places?

Have four 6 pin power cables attached (2 to each card) ?

Have the flexible bridge in place ?

All slots enabled in BIOS ?

Used nVidia control panel to enable SLI ?

Yes to all of the above expect I can't enable SLI in the control panel because it only recognizes one card.

Maybe a stupid Q You sure the Bridge is fine?

Bridge worked fine for about two months, and I've tried the other sli bridge too which didn't help.

Also be sure you have the latest BIOS version of your mobo.

I've been to that thread before with no luck. I updated the BIOS today and it hasn't had an effect.

What about that 4-pin Molex connector on your Board? is that connected?
According to bit-tech that needed for when you would like to crossfireX 3-way.

BTW. it is tough, but you have to check your MB with two other VGA cards at least and if you could also your cards with another MB

all drivers are up to date. i''m sent the card in for an rma and i'll check back in when i get it

just received the RMA and put it in my system. it works . must have just been a very rare streak of defective cards. thanks for the help everyone.
