[current] gts 250 grapgics card (2nd gen pci-e)

[upgrade] ddr2 800 (pc2 6400) 2x4gb
[upgrade] gtx 550ti (2nd gen pci-e)

Would my psu handle the upgrades?

What's your budget? What's the model number for the Logisys PSU? Logisys doesn't have a reputation as the most reliable PSU mfr. On the other hand, your PC doesn't require a lot of power...

Part no is ps575xbk on the psu.

I'd like to spend less than $300.
