I want to buy a graphics card, so I can play Skyrim(graphics setting lowest doesn't matter. I just don't want lags)

I didn't build any computer yet so I'm not sure if this one works: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130585
Please show me any graphics card that's better than that one if you know (price under $50 please, I'm a high school student)

This one is cheaper than yours, and pretty much the same.

You won't get much done with an 8400GS though, they are mainly for business (like dual monitors and pretty powerpoints) There are some other cards out there that will get the job done better. Here are some that are great deals now.

8600GT (old tech, but better than a 8400GS)

9600GSO (this one is really nice, really cheap, decent, and comes with COD4)

Also, stay away from Radeon 5450s, thay are...

Although before I typed all that I didn't read your post clearly, and it said you only had a 380W PSU, which none of these cards will safely run on. You can buy that 9600GSO for $20, and still have enough to buy a decent power supply for exactly $50:
