Cheap DVD/CD Player/Burner?

I don't know the exact technical term, but it's the drive that plays/burns DVDs and CDs. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap and good one? I have the ASRock Gen3 Extreme3 and just realized it doesn't have IDE ports. :Facepalm:

EDIT: I don't need to burn Blu-Ray.
