All graphics cards will fit. Install RAM first and close locking tab.
All Core i3/i5 CPUs 2xxx CPUs above 3.0Ghz are fine for upcoming games.
Get the best graphics card your budget allows even if you need to go with a Core i3 CPU.

MSi GTX560Ti Twin FrozrII/OC 1gb or if you can afford the 2GB, for PSU go get some seasonic 500w-600W it should be more than enough for your gaming needs right now, but i do suggest an upgrade in 3-4 years or unless there is any game you can't play at high or mid settings, then yes go for an upgrade

For a budget gaming build, gpu > cpu. So, i'd suggest the gtx 560 ti and i3 2100 if possible.

I don't think the OPs budget will cover a Core i5 / GTX 560 / premium PSU.
And Im not sure he needs that for a 1024x768 res monitor.

Why not have a look at the budget build from tom's system marathon?

Uses the same CPU you want, it's a little over budget but it scored well in the benchmarks. Perhaps downgrade to I3 to cut the cost down somewhat?

Just for a wonder; why no BIostar?

In India Biostar customer support is very bad.

My friends told me that in 2013 all games need quad core processor.
If it's a rumor then definitely I go for I3.

no he couldn't; i have the same resolution and a 9500 gt, which is better than hd 3000, and i have to put most of my games on low, except for a few things like sc2.
so no, he would definitely want a discrete card, especially if he gets a new monitor

he should just get some 512mb nvidia card, that should work at his resolution no doubt
