Hello again all!
ok so I had an Asus M4A77TD mobo that I think fried. I had the system going fine the night I built it for a friend. the next morning the monitor got no signal, keyboard and mouse non responsive yet fans running etc... I did do the trouble shoots (some - checking cables, reseating cpu, researting all components, ram testing from one stick up etc...) it just seems to have boiled down to the mobo. It is an older mobo that I have used in a few builds that have had several component swaps occur.
So here is what we have in need of a decent mobo:
Processor- Phenom II x4 645 3.0
Heatsink- Loki Xigmatek w/ push/pull set up
Ram- Kingston KHX1600c9d3k2 8g (Also have 8g Centon 1600 c11- either set is up for grabs to use)
PSU- Corsair 600w Gaming
GPU- GeForce GTS 450
HDD- WD 160g for os and will be picking up additional for data storage
OS- Windows 7 64bit Home
Suggestions would be great.
Thank you,
