First computer, would like to know if parts I selected are compatible

Im looking to build a computer and am concerned that the components ive selected may not be compatible.

Im mostly worried about two parts not being compatible with each other for some reason I cannot see. If im missing anything please let me know. also this is my first post, although i did read some newbie rules, but if ive formatted something incorrectly or broken some rules please forgive me

the motherboard youve suggested says its pci 3.0 x 16, will that work with the graphics card?

Change the board to a Z68 board. Preferably the Asrock Extreme3 Gen3. Other than that its fine. Oh and change to a cavier blue.
