GTX 550Ti vs 4890 XXX Edition + 6670 (XFX)

Hello Guys, Please tell me what is the best card I can buy. My budget is very low and I can buy any of these. I will probably play on 1280x720 resolution, but sometimes (once/twice a month on 1080p) so which one of these is better for 1280 resolution, also the 4890XXX would be second hand, others brand new

E8400 is the processor.

Usage: Gaming (GTA IV, COD6,7 , Far Cry, LA Noire, BF3..up to date) >Movies (1080p on my monitor/sometimes on high resolution tv)>Surfing

The GTX550Ti is the best performer and offers DX11 support where as the HD4890 doesn't.

GTX550Ti gets my vote.
