For what purpose is the computer to be used for and what is the budget amount that you are working with.
Cooler Master makes great cases and not so great psu's and Rosewill doesn't make anything great.

Here are a couple of choices to look at and see if you like them. Also if your Pc is to be used for gaming then you may want to consider going with the Sandy Bridge cpu.

Mostly i am gonna use the computer for gaming, and something under $1000 would be approx. my budget ceiling. There is just so many brands to choose from on Newegg and reading all the feedback can get really hectic, but when making a decision on what part to get i just looked at the ratings and the price. These look like great substitutions nonetheless, and i thank you for your time in helping me out here. So what kind of CPU would you suggest if not the 6-core?

The most popular and best cpu for gameing is the i5-2500k but it will be hard to get that into a build for $1000 including the monitor. I will give it a try and see what I can come up with.

It is possible as I was once in his shoes. I was able to fit in an i5-2500k easily, with having $30 to spare. :p

This total comes to $1016.91 , it ran just a bit over your budget but this would be a much better gameing Pc then with the AMD processor.
