New Build won't turn back on

Just got done installing Windows 7 on new build, and installed wireless usb card, MWN-USB150N and everything was fine.
Went to restart modem and when I came back the computer had turned off!

The usb still lights up on the computer and the monitor still recognizes the computer.
Tried everything to get it to turn back on, all connections are still there, nothing changed!
Literally was gone for 20 seconds. Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks.

  1. What are your system specifications?

Meanwhile, here is a helpful guide.

The link also contains another link to jsc's breadboarding, which is also very useful.
  2. MSI 760GM-E51 Motherboard

    Corsair XMS3 4GB DDR3 RAM - PC10666, 1333MHz, 4096MB (2 sticks)

Seagate 1TB LP Serial ATA HD 5900/32MB/SATA-3G

    AMD HDT35TWFGRBOX Phenom II X6 1035T Processor - Six Core, 6MB L3 Cache, 3MB L2 Cache, 2.60GHz (3.10GHz Max Turbo), Socket AM3, 95W, Fan, Retail

I went through the checklist and a lot didn't seem to apply since I had it running already...but tried the couple things that did seem to apply.

Very frustrated right now as you all probably know. Don't have time to breadboard right now and definitely can't afford to have it looked at right now. :(
  3. It might be your PSU. Do you have another one or a friend's you can borrow?
