I'm looking to build a new computer but I don't know what parts I should get. I've never made one before, but I'd like to try.

Approx. Purchase Date: Any Time (Probably sometime in February)
Budget Range: $550-ish
Parts Not Required: Keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers
Preferred Website for Parts: Newegg, TigerDirect, or Amazon
Country: United States
Parts Preferences: AMD CPU
Overclocking: I'm not exactly sure what this is, but I don't plan on overworking the computer. :??:
SLI or Crossfire: I only plan on using 1 GPU for this computer, so no.
Monitor Resolution: 1024x768
Additional Comments:
This computer will be for regular use and MMOs. I want this computer to have Windows 7, around 4GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GT or higher, CPU 5600 or higher, a power supply that can safely run the video card, a mother board that can sustain a couple upgrades (and should have at least 4 USB ports), a plain old boring computer case, and DVD-RW.

If my price is way off up or down, let me know. I have no idea the total price for these.

Edit: Also for the hard drive, I want a hard drive that is above 100GB. I'm not sure what the standard for this is, as my current computer only has 71GB.

Total: $489 before shipping and taxes (if applicable). Also didn't include Windows 7 64-bit. Can also save a few bucks if you change to this processor. Probably won't lose much performance for your needs by using this:
