AMD states that the HD6850 requires 500W PSU with 28A on the 12V rails and (1) 6-pin 75w PCIe power connector.
A good 550W PSU would easily power that setup. A good 450W PSU is good enough for that. That Ultra LSP 550W with 30A on the 12V rails is electrically sufficient, but is of low quality.
