Those are not good scores. All you have to do is compare it to the 600mhz Duron you have on there. You probably have really cheap CAS3 RAM. I recommend getting some Mushkin or Crucial memory at CAS2... you'll see better scores.
Hmm... did you buy it from Micron? Some memory companies but ONE chip of micron memory on a DIMM and the rest are crap- then they brand it "Micron Memory". Also, check the CAS latency.

Were you running it at CAS2 PC100? That could be the cause of your low scores. How can anyone pass up Crucial RAM for anything else when they sell a 128MB PC133 CAS2 unbuffered non-ECC DIMM for $54.65 with free 2 day shipping!? Sign me up!
