More Information

I have a Razer Boomslang 2k and the left button keeps sticking. I contacted support back in January and they said they would send a new one. Contacted them three weeks ago saying hadn't received it and they said they had been out of stock and had begun shipping them again.

Still nothing and now you can't contact their support! For the past week, their website support link bounces you back to the home page and the phone support has been "temporarily unavailable."

Two questions... anyone else have this problem and solved it? Anyone know if these guys have gone the way of the dodo?

Dude I actually met one of the guys on the back of the box. He knew one of my roommates last year. Didnt get to play him in Quake3 because he did have his machine, but damn that would have been a nice experience. Probably would have got creamed though.

A mime is a great this to waste!
