Ok well the issue i have is. even though i know my case is pretty open. but before i got this new graphics card. i updated from a low profile 430gt. and well ever since then my CPU seems to have the sound of a jet engine. so i decided to install 3 high rated fans with high airflow and 2000rpm. sound still occurs. processor only reaches 56c and my gpu only reaches 57c at full loads. possibly is it my CPU since my gpu is constantly at 2000rpm of its capable 4000rpm and my CPU is always at 6000RPM. Stock cooler btw. what would be the best way to go to decrease sound. as i said this only started occuring once i installed the new graphics card. but the card is silent i even soundchecked it by revving it to 4000rpm and it stills alot quieter then the jet engine located somewhere in my pc.

Well the fans i got because the issue was already there. the fans are ok noise and always are the same speed as i haven't got a fan controller yet and the noise was their before those fans. the noise was the reason i got those fans.
