Ingame resolution problems

hello,
i have that cinda problem, that when i start any game of my pc, i cant set the resolution to full hd (1920x1080p)
and yes, i have been updated the ati radeon 5770 drivers.
and im running windows XP 32bit

It might be that your LCD does not support a high resolution.

What is the model and brand name of your LCD screen you are using?

Also please give us the full specifications of your computer.
