Good Case within the $0-$150 parameters?

I am currently trying to find a case for my build.

Preferences:
-Mid-size Tower (but still decently sized)
-Quiet
-Not TOO heavy <50 lbs (if everything were to be installed)
-USB 3.0
-Reliability (I want it to last for hopefully a decade)
-Cool temps. (ie. fans included)
-Cable management (a must)
-Replaceable/air filters that I can take out
