Will gtx 460 bottleneck

I wouldn't worry about it.

You might have problems playing intensive online games like Battlefield 3, but for most single player games, it'll be fine.

it will only be an issue in cpu bound games like wow, bfbc2, bf3, gta 4, just cause 2 and so on. but games like cod mw3 should run fine...

Yea.. Thats going to be ideal. Up to you though, no harm in trying it before you go out and buy a new system.. The GTX460 despite being a couple years old is still a pretty capable card, we have one in a rig with an i5-2400 460s also run in Sli very well.

If it is bottlenecking, even though it won't. You can always overclock! IF you hit 3ghz+ multiplayer games will run smoothly.
