Thermaltake is good, but I prefer either of these two:

PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Quad PCI-E 750W Power Supply

Antec Quattro 850W PSU

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-084-AN&groupi d=701&catid=123&subcat=103

The Antec TruePower Quattro brings 2x PCI-E 8-pin connectors and 2x PCI-E 6-pin connectors, the 6pin connectors are the ones currently being used, but the 8-pin connectors will be used by future graphics cards (Currently the only graphics card using that connector is the HD2900XT). But both of these solutions offer insane power for those dual 8800GTX/HD2900XT setups. (And I prefer Antec and PC Power & Cooling over Thermaltake)

Emp,

Thanks for your reply. However, I cannot use the Antec one as it only has 2 6-pin PCI-E connectors and for 2 GTX cards you need 4.......

Splendid

Its a very good psu. So are the PC Power and Cooling and the Antec psus. I'd look to see which cost least and go from there. I have a Thermaltake Toughpower 700wt and it has worked just fine and I intend to get a toughpower 750wt for my next computer.

I second the PC P&C suggestion.

Do you really need two GTX cards? What's your screen resolution?

Does your motherboard support two GTX cards? What kind is it?

I'm going with the MSI P6N Diamond motherboard (nVidia 680i chipset) and a BenQ FP241WZ screen (1920x1200). I don't think I'll need the second GTX right away, but things go quickly in the computerworld and I like having the option of adding a second one in a little while....

Perfect, that mobo does support SLI at 16x+16x and I read good reviews about it. 1920x1200 is big, yeah, SLI makes sense for you. Pick a big full tower case, it will help with the cooling. I read about the Silverstone TJ09 for example, it's specially designed to handle two hot cards well with a fan right between them.
