GTX 550 Ti vs. Radeon HD 6850

I know that the Radeon HD 6850 is a better card, but how much better? I am just wanting a card that can play BF3 at a good setting and frame rate. I would be using a 1366x768 monitor so I know I can get good performance with both. Is the 6850 worth the extra 30 bucks?

yes, of course 6850 better but getting 6870 will be more better for bf3 at everything maxed.otherwise 6850 is the choice..

Quite a bit. I'd be willing to spend $30 more for the 6850, especially if you're planning on playing BF3. For settings, at your resolution, you could probably manage medium with a decent framerate. I think the 550ti would struggle even with medium.
