What should I buy??

Hello,
My system specs are a Core2Duo 3.0 GHz, ASUS P5G41T‐MLX775 Mobo, 2 Gigs of RAM and a 250Watt PSU

I have a GPU choice between a:

GIGABYTE GT220 1GB
or
BFG GTX 275 879mb
or
Palit GT 520 1GB

Which one should I get and which PSU should i get for the selected card??

The 275 is best. You need a good 500-550W psu like a Corsair, Antec, XFX or Seasonic.

Also 1 or 2G extra ram wouldn't hurt.

Faster than others. And make sure you get 500W PSU. Others will be OK i guess, because 250W is just too low.
