I7 3960X vs I7 3930K

Hi everyone, i have a question for all of you.

the cpus in question run almost the same numbers but the 3960 has double the price, why is that??
i know that these are meant for OC, and i am preping something that will let me have awesome results, i am just wondering is the price really worth it??

Almost certainly not worth it. It has a larger cache and might have been speed binned but that's pretty much it.
