Finalizing my new card!!

Ok guys. Ive asked a friend to buy a card for me from the US. He lives at atlanta. My budget is limited to $155. He wont be using rebate since he says that the compainies usually dont give money and rather send gift coupons which are useless for him (true??)

Anyway I looking to make the most of the black friday deals. Can someone post some good deals they can find?
I can get the HD 6850 in my budget.

Well i prefer Newegg of the two but im curious why muck about with getting something shipped from the USA ? your saving about what £25 without taking postage into account and if it goes wrong one hell of a job sending it back to the shop .

Well I live in India and the same card would cost me 3000 rupees more which is roughly $60.
And im not getting it shipped, he's coming down here.
If he can rebate Id save $15 more.

Im still a teen and saving my pocket money for this.
What are the odds for a card to be doa?
