Hey,

First off, You chose to build a new pc! Excellent Decision!
Maya, huh.. Sounds like you'll be doing some intensive 3d Animation. Need Hyper Threading..

Heres a list of basic suggested specs:

Processor: Intel Core i7 2600K ~$320
Gfx Card: MSI Twin Frozr II Gtx 560-TI ~ $245
Ram: 8GB 1600Mhz Corsair ~ $50
PSU: 650W CoolerMaster ~ $75

Hope this guides you well enough.

Cya.

I'm selecting the parts... so gpu comes first... the rest has to be chosen to accommodate the graphics card.. u can suggest me the whole system config if u want!
