You won't get much of an improvement over your 5770 with your budget. The 6870 is about the closest you could get (if you find a deal that puts this card in your budget range) though it's only 50% more powerful. Still, it can make for a noticeable difference.

you should be able to run this with your psu. its a great card and a huge upgrade over yours.

oh also you can flash the bios and make it run more like a 6970
