PC Power & Cooling PSU working with current Mobo

I had a quick question to possibly a quick answer. I currently have an Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe Mobo for an old Athlon XP cpu. My question is that I'm currently building a new computer and looking to buy components that I can use in my old computer while I save up for the rest. Now, can I use this PC Power & Cooling PSU on my old Mobo?
