Hi, I have an Antec 902 v3 which has two HDD cages, each with 3 bays and an intake fan each.

I was wondering what is the best possible solution to install two HHDs here to improve airflow.

1) One in each cage.
2) The two in the same cage (in this case, I can put an extra fan inside the other cage if I decide to buy one).

Thanks!

Two in the same cage; easier cable management, less clutter.

the error most people do that over heats a hard drive is they flip one of the drives so that both flat metal tops are touching each other. as long as you put an air space between the two drives you be ok.

As long as you have air flow moving across them, it doesn't matter. I've yet to have a HDD fail. And I'm old!
