Another New computer Build

I have a AMD 1055T brand new in box here now, and 4GB DDR3 1600 Ram. I also have a 8800GTS 640MB kicking around.

I wanted to jump ship and goto INTEL but i'm finding i'm having a very hard time picking components.

My Budget is 400 Bucks "I know it isn't alot"

I would really like to go ASUS for the motherboard but i think i can be convinced to switch...

The CPU i've chosen is the 2500k. The cheapest i can find it is for 219.99 with free shipping.

Id like to have a SLI board, USB3.0.

I'm also in the market for a powersupply.

I alternatively could build a PC around my spare 1055t, which would be cheaper...Thing is i want to run Dolphin at 100% which is something intel can only do.

Any ideas on motherboard selection....I NEED TO BE ABLE TO OVERCLOCK.
