Hello, Im doing a project and i have chosen to use a AsRock X79 Extreme7 Mobo... what would be a great memory to pair with it. i can't find any that are compatible.

ANY DDR3 RAM from DDR3 800 all the way up to DDR3 2400+ is compatible. Quad channel just means that you need to use 4 sticks for it to work in quad channel mode. There ARE quad channel kits by the way, although you don't necessarily NEED a matched quad channel kit to make it work (it's just recommended).
