Which graphic card should I buy?

2gb ram will upgrade to 6gb
dh61ww mobo..
Cx500 v2 psu
But the size of my monitoris 17"
with normal resolution,so which graphic card shouldi consider?i guess gtx 460 or
560 will do?

Your psu is a good quality one, and should power a card as good as a GTX560ti.
The inch size of a monitor is irrelevant. It is likely less than 1900 x 1080(1080P).

I would bypass the GTX460 and go with a GTX560/GTX560ti instead. Either will play well at 1080P
