Network tv tuner with analog support

Hi, i want a tv tuner device for my desktop and laptop..... i saw a number of devices but they only support digital standards...... i want a device that can be used with PAL, NTSC AND SECAM standards also..........please suggest me any tv tuner of this type....

I'm actually searching for something similar. The only one I've found so far is the AverMedia Homefree Classic and Combo. As far as I can tell the classic is just available in India, the combo however is available through Amazon.co.uk
